Core Paths and Access FAQs
When the project is complete, visitors will have access to a safe, extended and enhanced path network, with features such as benches, information displays and newly connective paths; to further benefit path users’ well-being, educational experience and heritage landscape vantage points.
Currently, there are approximately 7.3km of paths on the grounds. Diversions have been approved by Perth and Kinross Council for the safety of visitors and to facilitate the construction work.

PATH INFORMATION AND USER’S SAFETY NOTICE
Paths are maintained for visitors to enjoy the heritage landscape. Please use them responsibly and refer to the Scottish Outdoor Access Code for further guidance.
Please keep to marked paths for your safety.
Paths include a variety of terrain, including easy woodland trails, moderate and steep inclines, with some loose surfaces.
Routes may be subject to change due to onsite works.
Paths are affected by weather and river levels; slippery leaves, ice, snow and flooding may create seasonal hazards.
All dogs must be kept on leads. Please pick up after your dog.
