Discovery Land Company is applying to the Planning Authority to approve minor amendments to existing planning approval to update house types on the Taymouth Estate. These applications will take place  over the coming months.

It is important to reiterate that this is not a new planning application, but a minor amendment to an existing approval to avoid any unnecessary confusion.
