We have been awarded planning permission for essential work and changes to the internal layout of the East Gatehouse.    

Currently a derelict dwellinghouse, it will be refurbished and turned into a security office which will accommodate three members of staff. Essential works will include making the building weatherproof, installing insulation as well as replacing the timber joists and missing windows with replicas of the original windows to maintain the historic fabric of the building. 

Accordingly, we have been granted a change of use from a dwelling house to a security office.
