Through a focus on sustainable efforts, we are careful stewards of the land and an economic stimulus in the communities that are home to our development projects, Taymouth Castle and Kenmore is no different.

The pillars of sustainability that we focus on during every project are:

• Significant plastic reduction
• Focus on renewable energy
• Reducing waste/on site composting facilities
• Efficient building methods
• Use of sustainable building materials

As well as this, we strive to maintain open space, replant native flora and restore habitat. We support local farmers and provide educational opportunities for children where possible.
